Access Statement

Allergies

Please advise us when booking if you suffer from allergies so that we can make your stay at Hope House as comfortable as possible.

Check In/Out

Check-in time at Hope House is from 15.00hrs and we ask that you check out of your suites by 11.00am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

Children

No children under the age of 5 years old.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, any change to a confirmed booking must be advised to us 12.00hrs and 14 days prior to arrival date.

Deposit 

A £150.00 deposit is taken at the time of booking. Balance funds are taken 14 days prior to arrival.Should you need to cancel, the following policy applies. +14 days prior to arrival = loss of deposit. Less than 14 days prior to arrival = loss of payment.

Wedding bookings - a non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per suite is taken at the time of booking. The balance should be received 30 days prior to arrival

Environmental

At Hope House we care for the environment. We operate an Environmental and Sustainability Policy so you can choose Hope House with a clear conscience. As part of our commitment, we operate sustainable purchasing arrangements with the suppliers of our food, consumables, equipment, energy and chemicals. We actively minimise waste through the recovery and recycling of materials, effective energy efficiency measures, a comprehensive pollution prevention policy and responsible use of transport; and we consistently review our standards in alignment with environmental guidelines. 

Parking

Each suite/cottage is allocated one parking space off road, located on the estate, 50 metres from the front door.

Pets

Guide dogs stay for free. No other pets are permitted in Hope house.

Security

Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at Hope House. Security cameras operate throughout the hotel and reception is manned 24 hours a day. Each bedroom door is fitted with a electronic card swipe deadlock, spy hole and a security chain.
